Is my company not too small for Lean implementation?
We primarily work with companies employing from 14 to 137 people. If you have a smaller team, optimization often has no economic justification. We focus on plants from Lesser Poland and Silesia where we can be physically on the floor.
How long will process optimization take in my plant?
Most of our projects close in the range of 11–18 business days. We are not theorists who stay in the company for years. We enter, count every minute, set up the process, and leave instructions for your people.
Do I need to invest in expensive software or machines?
Automation is not magic, it's math. Often a simple table layout change or a free invoice reading tool is enough. Honestly, if the process is currently bad, an expensive program will only accelerate errors. First we fix it.
How much time do I need to devote as an owner?
As the boss, you must dedicate about 3.2 hours a week to us for quick decisions and accepting changes. The rest of the work we perform directly with your team at the workstations. We count seconds, you manage the result.
