Terms of Cooperation of Filary Biznesu Consulting

These regulations define the rules under which Filary Biznesu Consulting provides advisory and implementation services. Our headquarters are located in Krakow at 15 Floriańska St., and the office is run by Krzysztof Nowak. We have been active on the Polish market since September 2016 and since then we have closed 423 projects for companies in Lesser Poland and Silesia. We focus on specifics: implementing Lean methods and automating document flow in small and medium-sized enterprises. If you use our materials or order an audit, you accept these provisions. We do not use convoluted legal language because we respect your time. Our service standard provides that we respond to every inquiry sent via the form within 47 minutes during office hours. Facts on the table: we work for owners who want real improvement in results, not thick reports for the drawer. Every cooperation is documented, and we precisely determine the scope of work before the start of the first sprint.

We divide services into clear stages. The basis is the Bottleneck Audit, which costs 4,280 PLN net and lasts 2 full days on your floor. During this time, our team, including Marek Zieliński or Andrzej Mazur, analyzes every movement of material and employee. After the audit, you get a list of 5 changes to be introduced immediately. If you decide on a full Implementation Sprint, its realization usually takes us from 11 to 18 business days. As the owner, you must engage in the process for about 3.2 hours a week for key decisions. We do the rest ourselves with your people. Remember that automation is not magic, it's math. We don't implement IT systems on a mess. First we clean the process, and then we speed it up. If during work it turns out that your machines require repairs we didn't know about, the deadline may move by a few days. We inform about every such situation immediately, because we count every minute of your production.

All prices we provide are net amounts. VAT should be added to them in accordance with applicable regulations. For the 2-day audit, we issue an invoice with a 7-day payment term after delivery of the report. For larger projects, like warehouse optimization, we divide the payment into parts: an advance and final settlement after reaching the established indicators. If we are late in delivering the audit report by more than 2 business days, you are entitled to a discount of 9.4% of the price of this service. We respect discipline, so canceling a visit to the hall must occur at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, we charge a readiness fee of 217 PLN for each scheduled hour of work for our specialists. Most of our clients recover the cost of the audit within 14 business days of implementing the first improvements. We don't promise miracles, but we guarantee that every zloty spent with us will be converted into seconds of saved time for your employees.

At Filary Biznesu Consulting, we take full responsibility for the quality of our instructions and the correctness of the implemented automation. However, we cannot guarantee a 14.3% margin increase if your team does not follow the new procedures. Our liability is limited to the amount of remuneration for a given stage of work. All data about your production, costs, and employees are safe with us. We treat them as strictly confidential. We never show your invoices or production line diagrams to third parties. We only use general statistics for marketing purposes, e.g., information that in 2024 we released 42,300 PLN of dead stock for a client, without providing your company name. We always try to resolve disputes amicably over coffee in Krakow. However, if we do not reach an agreement, the matter will be settled by the court competent for our headquarters. Automation is order, so our legal rules are as clear as our spreadsheets.
