Privacy Policy of Filary Biznesu Consulting
In this policy, we explain simply and without unnecessary fluff how we take care of your data in our Krakow-based company.
1. Who looks after your data?
The administrator of your personal data is Filary Biznesu Consulting with its registered office at 15 Floriańska St. in Krakow. We have been operating since September 2016 and since then we have completed 423 projects for companies in Lesser Poland and Silesia. Krzysztof Nowak is directly responsible for the security of your information. You can write to him at k.nowak@filarybiznesu.pl on any matter related to your privacy. Honestly, we are not interested in collecting data for fun. We use it only to more efficiently carry out an audit of your floor or set up the office automation you requested.
2. What data do we collect and why do we need it?
We only collect information that you provide yourself in the contact form or when booking a 25-minute call. Usually, it is your name, email address, phone number, and company name along with the number of employees (we most often serve plants from 14 to 137 people). We need these facts to prepare for the conversation and not waste your time with empty runs. When you send an inquiry, our system also notes your IP address. We do this for security reasons to avoid bot attacks on our site. Automation is not magic, it's math, so we count every byte as strictly as seconds on your production line.
3. Forms and 47 minutes to reply
The main reason we process your data is the desire to respond to your inquiry. Our standard is contact within 47 minutes of you sending the form. Data from the form goes to our internal database, accessed by only 4 people from the team: Krzysztof, Marek, Andrzej, and Beata. If you decide on a bottleneck audit, your data will be needed for issuing an invoice (usually for 4,280 PLN net) and for contact during the 2-day visit to your hall. We do not send spam. If we do not work together, your data will simply remain in our archive in case you come back to us in a year, unless you ask for its earlier removal.
4. Cookies
Our site uses cookies to work faster on OLED screens in night mode and correctly display the automation payback calculator. We use technical cookies which are necessary for the site's operation. We also use simple analytical tools that tell us how many people visited the site and which blog posts (e.g., the one about Excel errors) are most popular. This data is anonymized – we don't know that it's you specifically reading about the 5S method, we only know that someone from Krakow spent 6.2 minutes on this subpage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but then our calculator might stop correctly counting savings for your company.
5. Who do we transfer your data to?
We never sell your data to mailing list brokers. That would be illogical and dishonest. Your data goes only to entities without which our office could not work. These are: our Krakow hosting company that maintains the server and email, the provider of the notification system, and the accounting office that settles our projects. (Heads-up: each of these companies has signed an appropriate confidentiality agreement with us). We only work with proven partners because we know that trust is built over years and lost in one second – exactly like efficiency on a poorly set up packing station.
6. How long do we keep information?
We process data for the time necessary to achieve the purpose. If you wrote to us only with a question about the sprint implementation price and our relationship ended there, we will delete your data after 23 months from the last contact. However, if you become our client, we will store your data for at least 5 years. This is required of us by Polish tax regulations and the Accounting Act. After this time, we may keep your data for statistical purposes to be able to say that in 2024 our clients released an average of 42,300 PLN from dead stock, but these statistics will no longer be linked to your name.
7. Your rights – no fluff
According to GDPR, you have full control over what happens to your information. You have the right to access your data and receive a copy of it. You can ask for corrections (e.g., if you made a mistake typing your phone number in the form). You have the right to delete data (right to be forgotten) if there are no longer legal grounds for keeping it. You can also object to the processing of data for marketing purposes. To use any of these rights, simply send an email to Krzysztof. We promise we'll handle it efficiently because we count every minute – not only yours but ours too. If you think we are violating the rules, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
8. Data security at Floriańska
We take security seriously. Our site has an SSL certificate, which means everything you enter in the form is encrypted. Our computers and phones are secured with passwords and biometrics. We regularly make backups so that no system error destroys the results of our work on your project. Automation is not magic, it's math and order, which is why security procedures at Filary Biznesu Consulting are as precise as the 5S instructions we implement on our clients' shop floors. We ensure your data is as safe with us as your margin after our audit.
