Automation Specialist
Beata Woźniak
Experience and approach
Beata joined the Filary Biznesu Consulting team in March 2019. Previously, she worked for 6 years in the logistics department of a large production plant in Skawina. There she saw with her own eyes how 12 people lost 3 hours daily on manual transcription of data from emails to old tables. She decided that one couldn't work like that and wrote the first scripts herself, which shortened this process by 84%. With us, she does the same thing: she chases boredom out of our clients' offices.
In her professional work, Beata is guided by one principle: Facts on the table. She is not interested in colorful presentations about the future of technology if today an employee must click the same button 140 times a day. Her task is to make data flow by itself between systems. In 2024 alone, she implemented 27 automation projects that on average regained 39 hours of work per month for business owners at each workstation covered by the changes.
Beata repeats to every client: Automation is not magic, it's math. She always starts with a cold calculation. If the automation implementation is to pay off longer than 7 months, Beata will be the first to tell you that it doesn't make sense. We count every minute of your team, so we don't waste time on tools that only look nice but contribute nothing to the margin.
Her specialty is hopeless situations where theoretically two programs cannot talk to each other. She can connect a warehouse system from 2012 with a modern online store so that stocks update every 4 minutes without errors. She doesn't use jargon that no one understands. She says simply: what's not working, why, and how much you will save when we fix it.
Privately, Beata lives in Krakow, near Jordan Park. She has two dogs and a passion for renovating old mechanical clocks. She says it's the only thing in her life she never wants to automate because every gear set by hand counts there. In work, however, she is ruthless for procedures that take time. If you arrange a meeting with her, be on time – Beata values others' time as much as her own.
