Krzysztof started working on assembly lines in September 2005. First in a factory near Tarnów, then in large plants in Germany. He saw there with his own eyes how thousands of zlotys escape from companies through leaky processes and a mess in documentation. In February 2017, he founded Filary Biznesu Consulting in Krakow. He wanted to show smaller business owners that they can earn more without buying expensive machines and hiring more people.

His rule is simple: facts on the table. Krzysztof doesn't write thick reports that no one in the company reads. Instead, he takes a stopwatch, goes to the floor, and measures real product lead times. In 2023 alone, he conducted 28 audits in production plants. On average, he managed to find savings of 43,150 PLN per month as early as the first 4 months after implementing workstation layout changes.

We count every minute because Krzysztof knows that time is the most expensive raw material in business. In one project for a window and door manufacturer near Myślenice, he shortened the production cycle by 31.4%. He did it without a personnel revolution, only by eliminating workers' redundant movements and better planning of component supplies. For him, automation is not magic, it's math and skillfully arranging the blocks the company already has.

So far, Krzysztof has closed 194 consulting projects for Polish SME companies. He doesn't promise out-of-this-world results, but he guarantees hard data. If after analysis he sees that a given change won't pay off within 8 months, he says it straight to the owner's eyes. Heads-up: Krzysztof feels best in work boots on the floor, not in a suit behind a desk, which is appreciated by clients who value honesty.

On a daily basis, he manages a team of 9 specialists in the Krakow office at 15 Floriańska St. He supervises every project personally because he believes that most money escapes through small details that are not visible from the presidential cabinet level. His clients recovered a total of 3.74 million PLN of margin in 2024 alone thanks to eliminating errors at the packing and shipping stage.
