Marek joined Filary Biznesu Consulting in November 2017. Over the last years, he has conducted audits in 47 production plants, mainly near Krakow and Niepołomice. In March 2023, he helped a furniture manufacturer from Kalwaria Zebrzydowska shorten order lead time by 19%. He found 12 unnecessary movements that every worker performed during assembly. These are not small things – on a yearly scale, that's 438 saved labor hours.

Marek specializes in catching bottlenecks that block the entire company. It often turns out that the problem is not lack of people, but poorly set up stations. During the last project for a metal industry company, he reduced waste by 7.3% in just 4 months. He simply rearranged two machines and changed the way tools are issued from the warehouse. Without big investments, only thanks to logical thinking.
